Aryan Khan and his co-accused have been granted bail by the Mumbai High Court on the third day of bail hearing proceedings. A detailed bail order will be issued tomorrow. He is expected to be released tomorrow or Saturday according to his lawyer Mukul Rohtagi who spoke to mediapersons outside the court.

Aryan Khan's WhatsApp chats prove that he had intent to deal in commercial quantity of hard drugs said Anil Singh, the Additional Solicitor General, said on behalf of the NCB. The bail plea hearing for Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha continued today with the Narcotics Control Bureau presenting it's arguments against the accused.

"Accused number 1 (Aryan Khan) is not a first-time consumer...He is a regular consumer since last few years and he has been procuring drugs," the anti-drugs agency said on Day 3 of arguments in the bail plea hearing that started on Tuesday. The NCB also submitted that Aryan was aware of the fact that 'charas' had been hidden in his friend Arbaaz Merchant's shoes.

Refuting the arguments of Aryan Khan's lawyer who said yesterday that WhatsApp chats did not prove conspiracy to deal in drugs the NCB countered with the fact that when they were apprehended on the ship, multiple drugs were found with all eight which could not be a coincidence, give the quantity and nature of drug.

The NCB said that an anonymous tip-off had led to the raid on the Cordelia cruise ship on October 2. Ecstasy had also been recovered in commercial quantities the agency claimed. Aryan Khan had been in custody since October 3, hours after NCB raids on a cruise ship party. He has been in Mumbai's Arthur Road jail since October 8 and has been denied bail twice.
