AAP unveils star campaigners for Haryana Elections, includes Sunita Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann
text_fieldsThe Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced a list of 40-star campaigners for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections.
Among the prominent names are Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Delhi Ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj, and senior AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia.
Along with revealing its campaigners, AAP also released its fourth list of 21 candidates, bringing the total to 61 out of 90 seats. Notable candidates include Raj Kaur Gill for Ambala Cantonment, Lalit Tyagi for Yamunanagar, and Sukhbir Malik for Panipat Rural.
Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia expressed confidence in AAP’s victory, citing public dissatisfaction with BJP's 10-year rule in Haryana. The party aims to focus on fighting corruption and improving education and healthcare.
Voting for the 90-member Haryana Assembly is scheduled for October 5, with results to be declared on October 8.
