Hollywood: Top Gun: Maverick co-writer Ehren Kruger is now working on a draft for the third part of the Top Gun franchise for Paramount.
According to reports, Tom Cruise will reconnect with Maverick's Miles Teller and Glen Powell, as well as producers Jerry Bruckheimer and David Ellison, the New Indian Express reported.
Joe Kosinski is expected to be directing or producing. Cruise is currently shooting Mission: Impossible 8 for Paramount. The actor is currently collaborating with NASA on an outer space project at Universal.
Doug Liman is directing. The news comes only days after Warner Bros. Discovery announced Cruise had struck an agreement to star in and create films for the studio.
