The Kashmir Files makers to launch musical event to relive memories attached to the landmark film

New Delhi: Ever since Vivek Agnihotri's The Kashmir Files has been released in March this year, it has been making headlines. And now the makers of the blockbuster have come up with a musical event titled 'Sounds of The Kashmir Files' to relive the memories attached to the landmark film.

As per reports, the makers will be launching a mega musical event called 'Sounds of The Kashmir Files' that will take the audience on a journey where they will showcase the pain, suffering, and the fight for the right to justice.

The event is slated to take place today, May 13 at the Royal Opera House in Mumbai at 6 pm.

The concert will see musical performances, with the director also sharing BTS glimpses from the rehearsals.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri shared a poster of the concert and wrote, "For the first time in history a film's background music became such a rage that we decided to bring an exclusive Concert of #TheKashmirFiles with stories told by main actors of the film in ICONIC Royal Opera House. Open to everyone. 13th May. Register now on @bookmyshow." Take a look.

The director along with cast members Pallavi Joshi and Darshan Kumaar will be attending the event along with other musicians and singers who were part of the film's music album and Symphony Orchestra along with Rohit Sharma.

Written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, the exodus drama features a cast including Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Pallavi Joshi, and Chinmay Mandlekar.

Produced by Zee Studios and Tej Narayan Agarwal, Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi, and Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, 'The Kashmir Files', written and directed by Agnihotri released in theatres on March 11. The makers are also preparing for the digital release of the film, exclusively on ZEE5 from May 13.
