SRK to collaborate with daughter Suhana Khan, Pathaan director turns producer

Suhana Khan, daughter of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is all set to make her theatrical debut in an upcoming film that will also feature her father. This is the first collaboration between father and daughter.

The highly-anticipated project has created a buzz within the industry, as fans eagerly await the collaboration between the father-daughter duo on the big screen. Suhana recently concluded shooting for her acting debut, Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar and co-starring Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor. The film will be streaming on Netflix.

While details about the new film and the characters remain tightly under wraps, insiders have revealed that the yet-untitled project is a perfect fit for the casting of Shah Rukh and Suhana Khan. They also suggested that Shah Rukh Khan's role in the film will be an extended appearance, similar to his character in Dear Zindagi.

The film marks a special milestone for Shah Rukh Khan, as it reunites him with director Siddharth Anand, with whom he previously worked in the blockbuster film Pathaan. This time, however, they will join forces as producers.

As a source close to the project told Pinkvilla, the film will be a co-production between Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures and pre-production work has already commenced, and everyone involved is excited to begin filming. While the director's name has not yet been disclosed, the source confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan and Siddharth Anand are prepared to explore various aspects of filmmaking through this venture. While the casting process is currently underway for the film, it is expected to have a strong ensemble cast.

Red Chillies Entertainment, along with Marflix Pictures, has been actively involved in the production of several upcoming films, including Jawaan and Dunki, which are Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming projects. This untitled film will be an addition to their collaborative efforts.
