Ready to wrap up Stranger Things, says Millie Bobby Brown
text_fieldsLos Angeles: Hollywood actress Millie Bobby Brown said that she is definitely ready to wrap up 'Stranger Things'. The Netflix show launched her career at the age of 12 and now the actress is 19 years old. It was announced that the show will end with the fifth season.
Speaking to Seventeen magazine, Brown said the Stranger Things show has been in the actors' life for a very long time. "I feel like there’s a lot of the story that’s been told now, and we know of it, it’s been in our lives for a very long time." She added that the chapter of Stranger Things should come to an end so that new ones can open up.
She clarified that she is grateful for the Netflix show but now wants to focus on the bigger picture. The young actress has been garnering applause for another Netflix project Enola Holmes. The movie was released in 2020 and a sequel was released in 2022.
Enola Holmes follows the teenage sister of the already iconic Sherlock Holmes. Based on the book series The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer, the films received positive reviews from critics and viewers in 93 countries. Since there are eight books in the series, fans are expecting Netflix to make Enola Holmes 3 any time soon.
Netflix, on the other hand, has spinoff plans for Stranger Things. A live stage show following Vecna's origin story has been confirmed.
