Alia Bhatt recently shared endearing anecdotes about her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, and their daughter Raha during her appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show.

Alia, who is currently promoting her upcoming film Jigra, appeared on the show alongside producer Karan Johar.

While discussing her family life, she revealed how creative and playful Ranbir is with their daughter.

Alia explained that Ranbir and Raha share a unique bond, describing it as a "friendship." She shared how he invents fun sensory games for Raha, such as introducing her to different textures in their wardrobe and saying things like, "This is velvet. This is suede. This is cotton."

When asked by Archana Puran Singh if Ranbir is a hands-on dad, Alia confirmed that he is, even taking part in changing diapers.

Alia also shared a sweet story about Ranbir learning to sing "Unni Vava Vo," a traditional Malayalam lullaby that their nurse used to sing to Raha. Now, when Raha wants to sleep, she calls for both her parents by saying "Mama, vavo, Papa, vavo," and Ranbir sings the lullaby to help her sleep.

Ranbir Kapoor has previously spoken about the transformative experience of fatherhood.

In a podcast conversation with Nikhil Kamath, he reflected on the overwhelming emotions he felt when he first held Raha after her birth, describing the moment as feeling like "somebody has pulled your heart out and put it in your hands." He went on to express that the love he feels for Raha is unparalleled.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt welcomed their daughter Raha in November 2022. The couple, who starred together in Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, will also be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film Love & War, alongside Vicky Kaushal.
