Ram Charan's fans thrash man over derogatory comments against actor's wife

Mumbai: A video of actor Ram Charan's fans thrashing a man is doing the rounds on social media.
In the video that has gone viral, the man is seen beaten by the angry fans for passing derogatory comments about the star and his wife Upasana Konidela during a YouTube interview.
In the clip, the man named Sunisith was then asked to apologise to Ram Charan and Upasana.
As many as seven fans of Ram Charan tracked down a person named Sunisith, who is known for passing lewd comments on actors for publicity in interviews to some YouTube channels, reports the Hindustan Times.
Many users encouraged the violence saying that he deserved getting treated this way. A fan even wrote, “Only such treatment will instil fear in such people who think they can get away talking any nonsense.”
Another video, showed Sunisith passing comments on Ram Charan and Upasana in some interview.
He is heard saying: "I've gone on a long drive with Upasana. She's my friend.... We have gone to Goa... Ram Charan is also my friend. Once, he casually asked me to make Upasana fall for me," he said. He also said that he has gone on a long drive with Chiranjeevi's daughter.
The last video showed the fan reminding him to not to pass comments about women.
Ram Charan and Upasana are expecting their first child. It was in December 2022 that Ram Charan and Upasana announced their approaching parenthood.
