Prithviraj buys duplex in upscale Mumbai neighbourhood next to Salman Khan, Aamir Khan

Malayalam superstar, Prithviraj Sukumaran has bought a lavish duplex flat in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area. He will now become neighbours of Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. According to a report in Hindustan Times, the recent flat bought by Prithviraj costs a whopping 30.6 crores and is spread across 2970 sq. ft.

Pali Hill is a posh locality in Mumbai where the who’s who of Bollywood like Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor reside. This is the second apartment that Prithviraj now owns in Pali Hill. Earlier the actor along with his wife Supriya Menon had bought an apartment worth 17 crores.

As per the property registration documents accessed by SquareYards, the duplex is located in a building called Narain Terraces. The documents also state that the flat bought by the actor also includes four car parking spaces. The transaction was registered on 12th September and a stamp duty of Rs 1.84 crores and registration fee of Rs 30000 was paid.

Prithviraj had an amazing year at the box office this year. His film Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life was a smashing hit at the box office, which crossed the Rs 150 crore mark worldwide. He also impressed Bollywood audiences with his performance in Salaar and as the villain in Akshay Kumar’s Bade Miyan
