Jaunpur (UP): The upcoming movie "Thank God," directed by Indra Kumar, has encountered problems.

Indra Kumar, Ajay Devgn, and Siddhartha Malhotra have all been named in a case brought by attorney Himanshu Srivastava in a Jaunpur court.

On November 18, a statement from the petitioner will be taken down.

The petitioner claims that the film's recently released trailer mocks religion and has offended religious sentiments.

According to Srivastava's appeal, Ajay Devgn, who is portraying Chitragupta and is wearing a suit, can be seen making jokes and using offensive language in one scene.

"Chitragupta is regarded as the Lord of Karma and keeps a record of a man's good and bad deeds. Such depiction of Gods can create an unpleasant situation since it hurts religious sentiments," the petition said.

The film 'Thank God' is slated for an October 24 release.
