Chennai: Actor Ajith Kumar went to check on Aamir Khan and Vishnu Vishal after they were recently rescued during the floods, from their villa community in Karapakkam.

Vishnu took to Twitter and posted a picture with Ajith and Aamir. He also shared that Ajith helped them with travel arrangements.

“After getting to know our situation through a common friend, The ever helpful Ajith Sir came to check in on us and helped with travel arrangements for our villa community members…Love you Ajith Sir!”, Vishnu wrote on X.

The two actors, along with their family members and the public, were stranded for several hours due to the floods in Chennai. They were rescued by the fire and rescue department by boat.

On December 5, the water levels continued to increase in Karapakkam, after which Vishnu Vishal posted a distress message on X, requesting to be rescued. The fire and rescue department reached the area and helped more than 30 members of the villa community back to safety.

After being rescued, Ajith Kumar got to know of their situation and paid them a visit. He made travel arrangements for Aamir, Vishnu Vishal and the stranded members.

Aamir recently relocated to Chennai to take care of his ailing mother, who has been reportedly admitted to a private hospital for treatment. He and Vishnu Vishal stay in the same villa community in Karapakkam from where they were rescued.

Vishnu Vishal also thanked the government officials for helping them on time. The Tamil actor had even posted images with Aamir and his wife Jwala Gutta on a rescue boat.

Cylone Michaung was close to the coast of Chennai, which caused flooding in several parts of Tamil Nadu, especially in Chennai and neighbouring cities.
