Hyderabad: Police informed on Saturday that a woman was allegedly gang-raped by four men in Dundigal outside the Hyderabad city, IANS reported.
The survivor, a resident of Sholapur, was assaulted in the Medchal district later on Friday night.
The accused were identified as Narasimha (23), Imam (20), Abdul Quddus (21) and Umruddin (21), all of whom are auto-rickshaw drivers. They took the survivor to a secluded area and assaulted her.
From the information from the locals, police rushed to the spot and sent the survivor for medical examination. Police arrested the accused later, based on a complaint.
