Congress leader, CPI-M MLA Tarigami arrested

Srinagar: Congress' Jammu and Kashmir leader Usman Majid and Communist Party of India-Marxist legislator M.Y. Tarigami on Sunday night said they had been arrested as authorities were set to impose restrictions across the Kashmir Valley from Monday morning.
