UAE President hosts Malaysian King in Abu Dhabi
text_fieldsPresident His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, King of Malaysia, in Abu Dhabi during the Malaysian monarch’s working visit to the UAE, which will continue for several days.
The meeting was held at Qasr Al Bahr, where Sheikh Mohamed welcomed Sultan Ibrahim and described the UAE as his second home. The two leaders exchanged greetings that reflected the close relations between the UAE and Malaysia.
Discussions during the meeting focused on bilateral cooperation and opportunities to advance collaboration in areas linked to development and the welfare of both nations’ peoples. The leaders also shared their views on strengthening ties and supporting continued progress and prosperity in both countries.
The meeting was attended by a number of UAE sheikhs, ministers and senior officials.
