date_range Minister EP Jayarajan tests positive for COVID-19

Thiruvananthapuram: Minister for Industries E P Jayarajan has tested positive for COVID-19.
He had been home-quarantined in his residence in Kannur, after he attended a party secretariat meeting where finance minister Dr Thomas Isaac was present. Dr Isaac was later confirmed having the infection for Covid-19. Jayarajan's wife has also tested COVID-19 positive.
Jayarajan was shifted to Pariyaram Medical College after he tested positive. All the schedules of the minister for the coming days have been deferred.
