Thiruvananthapuram: Dealing a blow to the disgraced SFI activist Sivarenjith, the accused in University College stabbing case, Kerala University may well cancel his PG registration.

It is suspected that he had been indulging in malpractices in the BSc chemistry degree examinations, reports Deccan Chronicle.

Meanwhile, the University sub-committee, which probed into the missing answer scripts, submitted to the senate a report recommending action against him, and also sought to debar those who supervised the examinations written by the accused.

Following the stabbing incident, police had recovered university-allotted answer sheets from Sivarenjith’s house, which controller of examinations in charge Mini Dijo Kappen reported to the syndicate.

The recovered answer sheets, as per the serial numbers, were part of the bundles received by the University College on May 5, 2015 and April 1, 2016.
