Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi to hold open house for community

The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi has announced that it will host an open house for members of the Indian community on Friday, September 19, 2025, providing a platform for direct dialogue with officials.

According to the embassy, the session will run from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and will cover a wide range of topics, including labour concerns, consular issues, education and welfare matters. The initiative aims to strengthen engagement between the mission and the Indian expat community in the UAE.

The embassy noted that regular consular services such as passport renewal, attestation and issuance of documents will remain suspended during the open house hours.

Officials have encouraged community members to attend the event to raise queries, share concerns and seek guidance on matters affecting them.

The embassy previously organised a similar open house in May this year. These sessions continue the efforts to maintain open channels of communication with the nearly 3.5 million-strong Indian community in the UAE.
