The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah) briefed the media on the fifth Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025. The event will be held in Jeddah from November 9 to 12 under the theme “From Makkah to the World”.
The conference will cover 60,000 square meters and include 18 Hajj-related sectors. More than 150,000 visitors are expected, compared to 120,000 last year. The program features 143 sessions, 225 speakers, 270 exhibitors and over 2,400 trainees from around the world.
Dr. Ghassan Alnwaimi, spokesperson for the ministry, said the event serves as a key platform to share expertise and improve pilgrim services. It supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by linking technology, infrastructure, and manpower. A new “Innovation Zone” will focus on AI, sustainable engineering and crowd management technologies.
Darah spokesperson Sultan Al-Awairdi said the foundation will join the scientific and cultural program for the first time. Its activities include a History of Hajj and the Two Holy Mosques forum and a 100 Years of Care for the Two Holy Mosques exhibition. The exhibition will display rare documents, photos, and artifacts highlighting the Kingdom’s dedication to preserving Islamic heritage.
