'She Q' talents gather before the big night

Doha: The evening before the She Q Excellence Award ceremony brought together selected women who have excelled in various fields from art, literature, sports, social service, and education in Qatar.

The nominees spent a few hours together sharing stories and getting to know each other.

It was the gathering place of around 27 people who made it to the final round of 'Gulf Madhyamam' She Q Excellence Award 2023. As the journey to the She Q Award reached its final round, the finalists from various categories came together. The gathering took place while the final round of voting was happening to choose winners from thousands of nominations.

LTC International General Manager Ramesh Bulchandani, Grandmall Regional Director Ashraf Chirakal, Wellcare Pharmacy Operations Manager Farooq, Federal Bank Qatar Representative Gokul, Hot Pack Managing Partner Mohammad Hussain, Gulf Madhyamam Media One Executive Committee Chairman Raheem Omassery, Gulf Madhyamam Regional Manager Sajid Shamsuddin were present at the ceremony held at Crowne Plaza Hotel on Tuesday evening.




Ramesh Bulchandani said that it was an honour to be able to participate in the 'She Q Excellence' award ceremony organised by Gulf Madhyamam to recognise women who have shown excellence in various fields in Qatar. He also congratulated the women who have shown excellence in the fields of art, literature, education, and health and have been shortlisted for the award.

Ashraf Chirakal said that it is an honour to be part of the Gulf Madhyamam She Q Excellence Award for the second year in a row. He said the presence of Indian women in any field including social services in Qatar is commendable.

Farooq, Wellcare Pharmacy Operations Manager, said that the increasing presence of women in pharmacy as well as in various fields is remarkable. He said that this was an opportunity for them to be recognised as well and congratulated all the finalists. Gokul, Mohammad Hussain, Rahim Omassery, and Sajid Shamsuddin also spoke about the same.





Radio Suno RJ Ashtami anchored the program. At the ceremony, the trophy for the winners of 'She Q Excellence' was released by the sponsors and representatives of the Gulf Madhyamam.

There are individual awards such as Edu Q Award for excellence in education, Nature Q for excellence in environmental activities, Care Q for the nursing profession, Pharma Q for the pharmaceutical profession, Sports and Adventure Q for sportswomen, Heal Q for the medical sector, Kind Q for the social service sector, Biz Q for entrepreneurs, Fine Q for arts and culture sector, and the 'She Q Impact' award for the best women's organisation.
