She took to Instagram to introduce the collection. The global star said the goal is to bring a piece of Indian heritage to the homes in America. "The thing about our culture in India is about family, community, and bringing people together. And that's what the ethos of Sona Home to me is''.

The citadel-actress further said Sona Home is rooted in the idea of creating a home out of a house. "It is rooted in helping families come together to create a community". Manish Goyal resonated with his partner's ideas and said Indians want to be rooted in culture whether they are eating home-cooked meals or take-out dishes.
She added that the Sona Home collection relies on vibrant designs, timeless refinement, and joyful detail that is a nod to India. "We hope that Sona Home transports you to an elegant bygone era with these exceptional pieces curated for the modern home".
The 39-year-old stated that the sense of community is important to her as an Indian immigrant in the US. The former Miss India said that she has left her roots behind and has found new friends in her adoptive country. She added that Sona Home is a way of bringing the heritage of the place she grew up in into the home across America.
The items shown in the video had a common theme of soothing colours and earthy tones of green and white. Patterns made of leaves and tiny animals like turtles also made an appearance.
