Princess Fatima Fouzia, the granddaughter of the Nizam VII of Hyderabad, Mir Osman Ali Khan Bahadur, has filed a criminal case against three individuals over an alleged fraudulent land deal worth Rs 121 crore in Ooty, Tamil Nadu.

Princess Fouzia initially attempted to file her complaint with the police, but after no action was taken, she approached the court, which then ordered the police to investigate the matter.

As a result, the Central Crime Station (CCS) registered charges against Milad Ali Khan, Sajjad Ali Khan, and Mir Meraj Ali Khan under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including 318 (deceiving), 319 (cheating), 335 (forging false documents), and 61 (criminal conspiracy).

The complaint claims that the accused fabricated a succession order using a fake General Power of Attorney (GPA). This fraudulent document, allegedly signed by over 150 individuals, was falsely represented as authentic, despite the fact that none of the individuals had actually signed it.

The land in question, located in Ooty, includes a significant portion that Princess Fouzia claims as part of her rightful inheritance, with its value estimated at over Rs 121 crore.
