Johnny Depp and his ex-wife continue to hog media as something new about them emerge each day.

A couple of days after winning the case, Depp threw a private party for his chums burning wads of dollars in London.

The London restaurant where they gorged on expensive Indian curries closed it to their regular customers.

Because, the restaurant authorities didn't want Depp troubled with others.

Obviously the actor was happy over winning the harrowing court trial, which supplied nuggets of gossips to media.

Now his attorney Ben Chew testified to Good Morning America that Depp is satisfied with his " total win" of the suit against his ex-wife Amber Heard.

Chew reportedly said winning the suit was never about money for Depp, and went on to say that he couldn't disclose attorney-client communications.

He was responding to the possibility of Heard getting impoverished paying the defamation ruling.

He said it was all about restoring Depp's reputation and he has done it being a total win.

Just as the verdict came out in favour of him, Depp was "over the moon" he said, adding that the actor felt like the weight of the world lifted off his shoulders.

"And I feel that finally, after six years, he's gotten his life back," He said.

Meanwhile, Heard's team reportedly termed Depp's victory a blow to #MeToo and women's rights.

Camille Vasquez, a fellow lawyer to Depp responded to the claim saying it was "disappointing"
