Actors Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are eagerly anticipating the birth of their first child in July.

While Richa has already announced her maternity leave until October, it has now been confirmed that Ali Fazal will also be taking a paternity break.

According to a source close to the couple, Ali plans to finish all his work by June 30 and will then take a four to five-week break to support Richa and their upcoming baby.

The source mentioned, "Ali has a few days of shooting left for 'Metro... In Dino,' and 'Lahore 1947' is nearing completion. For 'Thug Life,' he will complete most of his scenes before the break. Only one schedule will remain, which he will finish after resuming work in August. 'Thug Life' will be the first film he works on after becoming a dad. Additionally, he has another project lined up, with shooting set to begin around the same time, though the official announcement is still pending."

In February, the couple joyfully announced their pregnancy on social media with a post that read, "1+1=3," accompanied by a picture of Ali and Richa together. They captioned it, "A tiny heartbeat is the loudest sound in our world."

On the professional front, Richa Chadha recently appeared in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Heeramandi,' where she portrayed the character of courtesan Lajjo. Despite having limited screen time, Richa's performance garnered praise from both audiences and critics.

As the couple prepares for this new chapter in their lives, both Richa and Ali are making sure to balance their professional commitments with their personal milestones.
