Israel military bulldozes hospital, crushes patients alive

Gaza: Israeli forces besieged a hospital in Gaza with enormous bulldozers and mowed down many patients and injured those who were in tents next to the hospital on Saturday, reports Al Jazeera.

The report states that there were doctors and other witnesses when the military ploughed down the Kamal Adwan yard, which was one among the 11 remaining hospitals that are functional in Gaza.

This witness told the news agency that the victims were deliberately targeted. One of them said that people were buried alive by the bulldozers and that those involved in this attack must be brought before the International Court of Justice.

Multiple videos have appeared on social media which show people crushed under rubble at the Kamal Adwan Hospital.

Al Jazeera further reported on Sunday that the bulldozer destroyed many of the hospital facilities. It crushed people and their tents in the hospital yard, and at least two people were buried under the rubble.

In a statement through Wafa, Palestine Health Minister Mai al-Kaila called for an urgent probe into the incident and urged the international community to not to ignore the war crimes happening in Gaza.

The army destroyed the southern part of the hospital, and 12 infants were in incubators there without water and food.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army claimed that their forces had been withdrawn from the hospitals after detaining 90 people. It further claimed that it had recovered weapons and munitions from the hospital.

The army started its besiege the hospital on Tuesday and shelled it for several days.

After the severe attack on the hospital, the doctors said,  it was filled with fear and horror. The wounded were in dire need of tending and surgery, but the facilities were destroyed in the attack.
