Imran Khan urges people to come out for the battle for Pakistan

Islamabad : Embattled Imran Khan appears to be making the last ditch effort to stay in power.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan has urged people to leave early for attending the rally on Sunday at the Parade Ground.

He also said that it was a battle for Pakistan and not for PTI, his party, according to a report in IANS.

Terming the rally a battle for the future of the nation, he asked the people to come out to rewrite the nation's history.

He asked people to leave their homes early anticipating rush on the streets, delaying them to reach at the rally.

On March 24, Khan had called up on the nation to join him on Sunday's rally to strengthen his government's stand against what he said ' decoits' ruling Pakistan for the past 30 years.

Taking to the nation on television, radio and social media, Imran Khan said that a 'group of bandits' who have been looting the country for the last three decades have joined hands.

They are for what he said "auctioning the conscience of the elected public representatives."

He urged that the people should tell the opposition that horse-trading being done with black money is "unacceptable"
