UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in Abu Dhabi to discuss expanded cooperation in technology, innovation and artificial intelligence.
The meeting took place at Qasr Al Shati and focused on using advanced tools in education, healthcare and the economy to support development and improve daily life.
Bezos noted the UAE’s future-focused approach and its interest in applying new technologies in practical sectors that affect communities and long-term growth.
Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council and senior officials including Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak were present at the meeting.
