More than AED100 billion worth of real estate opportunities will be presented at a Dubai property event this month, bringing together developers, investors, landowners and industry professionals from across the UAE.
The 10X Land Expo 2026, organised by TENX Properties, will take place on June 13 at Atlantis The Palm and will focus on land acquisitions, development projects, joint ventures and income-generating assets.
Organisers said the exhibition will feature investment opportunities across sectors including residential developments, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals and schools, alongside off-plan projects and secondary market assets.
The event will also highlight land opportunities across all seven emirates, ranging from villa plots and commercial land to large-scale community developments and master-planned projects.
Sukesh Govindan, Chief Executive of 10X, is expected to outline his outlook for the UAE property market, discussing investment trends, growth opportunities and market developments.
Organisers said the exhibition is intended to serve as a platform connecting investors with developers, brokers, consultants and service providers operating in the real estate sector.
In addition to property offerings, attendees will have access to specialists in areas including branding, legal advisory services, video production and technology-driven sales and marketing.
The event will be held at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, with attendance limited to registered participants.
