Anchor Allied expands global reach with construction chemicals in over 80 countries

Anchor Allied, a Sharjah-based manufacturer established in 1995 by Hussain Nalwala, has expanded its presence in the global construction chemicals sector. The company now supplies materials used in insulation, waterproofing, flooring, repair systems and sealants to markets across more than 80 countries.

The company has grown from a local unit into a producer serving industrial, residential and commercial projects through regional offices in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Ukraine, India, Latin America and the United States. Its international reach has been supported by regular participation in trade exhibitions, including Big 5 Global, ZAK and events across Africa, Europe, Asia and the US.

Following its appearance at Big 5 Global 2025 in Dubai, Anchor Allied has confirmed it will join the Big 5 Saudi exhibition in Riyadh from January 17 to 21, 2026, where it plans to expand its partnerships in the Kingdom’s construction sector.

Founder Mr. Hussain Nalwala, a YPO MENA member, said, "for us, global participation is not just visibility. It is responsibility. We believe in listening to markets, adapting to their needs and building solutions that last".

Anchor Allied is currently investing in research to meet rising demand for faster-setting adhesives, long-life coatings, energy-efficient insulation and specialised chemical systems as construction markets move toward more sustainable and technology-driven methods.
