The King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority has unveiled Naylat Camp, a 45-day event in the scenic Hail region, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Monday.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Naylat area, known for its towering mountains, golden sands, pristine skies and serene ambiance, the camp offers a unique combination of adventure and relaxation.
Visitors can participate in activities such as camel and horse riding, challenging hiking trails, stargazing, and exploring the archaeological and historical sites located within the reserve. Facilities at the camp have been designed to enhance visitor experiences while adhering to principles of sustainable ecotourism, SPA reported.
The initiative seeks to highlight the natural beauty of the region while promoting environmental conservation and biodiversity. It also aims to support local communities through seasonal job creation and regional development.
The King Salman Royal Reserve, spanning 130,700 square kilometers across Al-Jawf, Hail, Northern Borders, and Tabuk, is a hub of diverse natural habitats and unique geographic formations. This event showcases the reserve's vision towards sustainable tourism and environmental awareness.
