Riyadh AMU alumni host 'Pathway to Excellence' career guidance session

The Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys’ Association (AMUOBA) Riyadh Chapter recently held a noteworthy event titled "Pathway to Excellence: AMU Insight Session" to guide students from Classes 9 to 12 and their parents. The initiative focused on helping young minds identify career pathways while strengthening a culture of excellence.

The session was led by keynote speaker Mr. Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), whose address left a lasting impression on attendees. Sharing motivational stories and practical advice, Mr. Hameed highlighted the transformative role AMU plays in preparing students for diverse career opportunities. His presentation underscored the university’s robust placement programs and its legacy of success across various fields.

The event was designed to be interactive, with Mr. Hameed answering questions from both students and parents. His thoughtful responses offered attendees clarity and direction in navigating academic and professional goals.

The session’s success was a result of the collective efforts of AMUOBA Riyadh members, led by Dr. Inamullah Baig, the association's president. Key contributions from Vice President Mohammad Abdul Khallaque, General Secretary Dr. Syed Ahad Murtaza Alvi, and Joint Secretary Prof. Quaiser Saquib ensured the smooth execution of the event. Additionally, the treasurers, Mohammed Serajuddin and Mohammad Iqbal Abid, along with executive members Dr. Fohad Mabood Husain, Faiz Arshad Khan and Syed Awwab Tausif, played essential roles in its organization.

AMUOBA Riyadh expressed its gratitude to Mr. Hameed for his inspiring session and extended appreciation to its members for their dedication.
