Shocking video shows 8 men taking turns to shoot gangster in Rajasthan bus with cops

Jaipur: Startling footage has emerged of a gruesome attack in which multiple assailants took turns firing at a gangster and his accomplice inside a crowded bus in Rajasthan after allegedly incapacitating six police personnel who were accompanying them to a court hearing.

The dramatic video reveals the attackers reloading their weapons several times during the nearly two-minute assault, while terrified passengers scramble to escape through windows.

The murder transpired on July 12 when gangster Kuldeep Jagheena and his associate Vijaypal were being transported from Jaipur Central Jail to a court in Bharatpur.

Both of them were facing murder charges and were accompanied by six police personnel on a Rajasthan Roadways bus.

CCTV footage, released recently, captures the bus stationary at Amoli toll plaza in Bharatpur as three men approach, with one brandishing a firearm. After waiting momentarily near the bus's entrance, a shot is fired, prompting several passengers to flee for safety.

Two of the attackers proceed to the bus door and open fire, while a third peers through the windows, presumably searching for their targets. One of them enters the bus and starts shooting before calmly exiting and urging three additional shooters inside.

Some passengers escape through the door, while others make a daring escape through the windows. As more assailants converge on the bus, they take turns stepping out to reload before reentering the vehicle to resume firing.

This continues for nearly two minutes until one of the attackers is seen standing outside a window, firing into the bus. The assailants then leave the scene calmly.

Gangster Kuldeep Jagheena was pronounced dead upon arrival at a hospital, while his accomplice suffered severe injuries. Three passengers on the bus sustained minor injuries.

Kuldeep and Vijaypal were accused of murdering Kripal Jagheena in Bharatpur in September of the previous year, following a land dispute. Police have reported the arrest of six out of the eight attackers.

The accompanying police personnel were unable to fire inside the bus due to the assailants' use of chili powder to temporarily blind them. However, they pursued the attackers and fired at their vehicles as they fled.

Bharatpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Mridul Kachawa said, "Chilli powder was thrown into the faces of the police personnel who were accompanying the two men, Vijaypal is out of danger. None of the police personnel were injured."

Kuldeep's family members protested outside the SP's office and met him to demand the arrest of the remaining accused. They have also said that Kuldeep's father, Kumarjit - who is also lodged in Jaipur Central Jail - and Vijaypal should be shifted to a jail in Bharatpur.

“They shot and killed my brother. Other innocent passengers in the bus could also have been killed. The accused should be charged with sections related to terrorism", Kuldeep's sister said.
