Nuh: Self-proclaimed cow vigilante Bittu Bajrangi, infamous for his divisive rhetoric, has been granted bail following his arrest in connection with the Nuh violence in Haryana.
The arrest, which took place on August 15, was linked to communal clashes in Nuh district during a procession organized by a Hindu group on July 31.
An FIR was lodged against Bajrangi on August 1, triggered by a viral video showing him in saffron attire with a threatening song in the background.
Among the complainants was Assistant Superintendent of Police Usha, who alleged Bajrangi's misconduct when she intervened to halt his participation in the Yatra.
Bajrangi's bail has stirred debates about law and order and the role of provocative figures in such incidents.
