Amidst persistent rumours and speculations surrounding the relationship of Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain, the couple, who gained attention during their stint on Bigg Boss 17, have addressed the ongoing discussions.
Ankita, in a recent interview with News 18, opened up about the pressures of public scrutiny and urged people to refrain from passing judgement on their relationship.
Reflecting on the aftermath of the reality show, Ankita expressed the challenges of facing media scrutiny and external opinions about their relationship. She emphasised that despite the external pressure, she does not want their relationship to be judged solely based on what was portrayed on Bigg Boss 17.
Ankita said, "I don't want people to judge us on that because I am not judging any relationship."
The rumours of divorce circulating since the conclusion of Bigg Boss 17 have led to negative comments and opinions about Ankita and Vicky's relationship. Addressing these comments, Ankita highlighted that relationships have their ups and downs, and the portrayal on the show does not define the entirety of their bond. She urged people to stop passing judgement and allow them to live their lives.
Ankita clarified that every couple faces challenges, and their fights, which were showcased during the show, were specific to that environment. She emphasised the normalcy of disagreements in relationships and said, "We are Tom and Jerry. We are like that. We are more of buddies. It is okay." Ankita expressed her desire to convey that there is nothing inherently wrong with their relationship, and the challenges faced during the show should not define it.
Acknowledging the negativity and allegations faced by Vicky Jain, Ankita commended his dignified handling of the situation. Despite external pressures and comments, she asserted that their strong relationship has endured, stating, "When you know that your relationship is strong, nobody can shake it. That's why we both are together right now and we will be together."
