Hombale Films has released the first-look poster for actor Prabhas' next film "Salaar" on Twitter. The film is touted to be an action-thriller and is helmed by Prashant Neel. It is touted as Prabhas' debut in the Kannada film industry.
This is Prashant Neel's fourth film and third collaboration with producer Vijay Kiragundar after "KGF" and the upcoming "KGF 2" which stars Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon inncameo roles along with young Kannada superstar Yash.
Prabhas will be seen in an intense role which is much hyped. He has also signed on for multiple projects including "Radhe Shyam" with Radhe Krishna Kumar and "Adhipurush" with Om Raut. Speaking to the Indian Express, Prabhas expressed his happiness at working in such a pan-Indian film.
"I've always wanted to work with Hombale Films and having Prashanth Neel as the director for our film, I don't think there can be a better and more exciting opportunity for me as an actor," said Prabhas. "This is a very exciting film and my character is extremely violent, so this is something I haven't really done before."
