Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah suspended five senior police officers, including Bengaluru’s Police Commissioner, following the Chinnaswamy Stadium stampede. He also handed the case to the CID and appointed a commission led by retired judge Justice John Michael D’Cunha to investigate.
