Gulfood presents the largest-ever edition under the theme, ‘Real Food, Real Business', inviting 150,000 attendees from 190 countries at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Gulfood 2024 promises groundbreaking deals with an estimated US$12 billion in international trade. The exhibition floor comprises 24 expansive event halls, boasting innovative products and solutions by a record-breaking 5,500-plus exhibitors.

The exhibition includes interactive programs such as Top Table and Dubai World Cuisine, bringing together over 100 esteemed international chefs to explore culinary innovation and trends.

Trixie LohMirmand, the executive vice-president of Dubai World Trade Centre, emphasized the pivotal role of Gulfood in shaping the global food community's response to emerging challenges and opportunities.

Gulfood brings together globally renowned brands including Agthia, Al Ain Dairy, Americana, Dilmah, Hype Beverages, Japan Farmed Fish Export Association, JBS, Lactalis, Meat & Poultry Ontario, Monin, Tilda, Wilmar, and many others to explore authentic food products, ingredients and culinary practices.

The event hosts the Inspire conference, featuring insights from senior policymakers and industry experts. HE Dr. Amna bint Abdullah Al Dahak Al Shamsi, UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment, delivered the opening keynote address, offering her perspectives on navigating the intersection of climate change, geopolitics, and technology in the realm of food systems and economies.

The Food and Beverage industry is poised for a multifaceted future characterized by digitalization, technological innovation, circular food systems, and an unwavering commitment to safety, security, and transparency across the supply chain.
