Dubai: Gulf Madhyamam's 'Bosses Day Out' served as an exceptional platform, bringing together the new generation of entrepreneurs and established business leaders for meaningful exchanges of experience and insight. Following the success of three highly acclaimed editions, the event's fourth edition occurred at the five-star Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

'Bosses Day Out' offered an opportunity for participants to engage in discussions on key challenges and opportunities in the business world, reflecting the dynamic landscape of modern commerce. The event saw participation from prominent business leaders from India, the UAE and notable figures from the Arab world.



Among the key speakers were Jonty Rhodes, a cricket fielding legend and globally renowned motivational speaker; Arfeen Khan, a celebrity mentor; Pooja Makhija, author and entrepreneur; and Sanidhya Thulsinandan, an AI content expert. They led various sessions centred around critical business challenges, leadership development, mental health in the workplace and the emerging possibilities of artificial intelligence.

The celebrity mentor Arfeen Khan shared strategies and key traits essential for business leaders. He emphasized that business success is possible with strong ideas and the willpower to execute them effectively. Khan also highlighted that only those who can overcome challenges will achieve complete success.

Another session led by AI expert Sanidhya Thulsinandan explored the growing significance of artificial intelligence in the modern business world. He discussed the advantages businesses can gain by integrating AI into their operations. His session provided a roadmap for businesses to utilize AI effectively.




Prominent nutritionist and entrepreneur Pooja Makhija conducted an impactful session focusing on the importance of health care in a fast-paced business environment. She emphasized the critical role of maintaining good health for continued success in the business world, offering valuable insights into balancing health and professional demands.



The discussions aimed to provide direction and clarity to the commercial and industrial sectors, focusing on the pressing issues faced by business leaders today. Additionally, the event served as a platform for attendees to engage with top industry figures, further enhancing their professional networks.

Hotpack Global leaders receive Arabian Legacy Business Icon award

One of the event’s highlights was the presentation of the Arabian Legacy Business Icon Award, instituted by Gulf Madhyamam to honor business icons from the Arab world. The award was received by PB Sainudeen, co-founder and group executive director of Hotpack Global, and Mohammed Jasir, assistant vice president of Hotpack Global, on behalf of PB Abdul Jabbar, the managing director of the company, from Jonty Rhodes.

The event was graced by the presence of Gulf Madhyamam's Middle East Operations Director, Mohammed Salim Ambalan and Global Business Operations Head, K. Mohammed Rafiq.



Leading representatives from top business and professional institutions such as Lulu Group, Nesto, Jaleel Distribution, Smart Travels, Safari Group, Cosmo Group, Odora Perfumes and Read Meta participated in the event, showcasing the broad spectrum of industries represented.

The event received support and drew members from prominent expatriate business communities, including the Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC), International Promoters Association (IPA), Gulf Maharashtra Business Forum (GMBF) Global, Tamil Entrepreneurs and Professionals Associates - TEPA, Skillopaedia Dubai, Dubai Syndicate Business Network and Decoding Data Science - an AI Community in UAE.

Overall, 'Bosses Day Out' reflected the growing engagement of the business community in navigating challenges and embracing opportunities in an ever-changing global market.
