Riyadh: Saudi Arabia's Umluj Beach has clinched a spot in the prestigious top 100 beaches worldwide. The recognition came in the Golden Beach Awards 2024, organized by BeachAtlas, a London-based startup renowned for its meticulous evaluation of global beaches.

The selection process involved a rigorous algorithmic analysis by BeachAtlas, which meticulously scrutinized various beaches based on six key criteria. Following this, a panel of travel experts and influencers cast their votes, contributing invaluable insights to refine and finalize the list.

Ranking at an impressive No. 41, Umluj Beach shines for its unparalleled beauty and serene ambience. Nestled on the Red Sea coast within the northwest region of Tabuk Province, Umluj boasts a captivating landscape comprising 104 islands, forming an enchanting archipelago.

Umluj Beach is renowned for its resemblance to the Maldives, and allures visitors with its pristine white sands, fringed by swaying palm trees.

Ideal for both leisure seekers and nature lovers, Umluj Beach captivates with its postcard-perfect scenery and attracts a diverse range of tourists and locals alike.

While Umluj Beach claimed its well-deserved spot in the top 100, other remarkable entries also made their mark in the coveted list.
