LuLu Exchange completes 15 years of operations in Oman

LuLu Exchange has completed 15 years of operations in Oman, with the anniversary observed at its customer engagement centre in Oman Avenues Mall. The event brought together company management, employees, customers, community representatives and business partners.
During the event, the company acknowledged its long presence in the Sultanate and the role played by customers and staff in the development of its services over the years.
One of the main features of the celebration was the release of LuLu Exchange’s 2026 calendar. The calendar includes 12 artworks selected from entries to the LuLu Exchange Art Competition held under the theme “Oman Through Little Eyes”. The competition invited children to depict Oman’s culture, heritage and landscapes from their own perspective.
Speaking at the event, Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Ghazali, Director of LuLu Exchange Oman, said the completion of 15 years in Oman was a significant moment for the organisation. He stated that customer confidence in the company’s services has been central to its growth and added that LuLu Exchange will continue to focus on providing accessible and reliable currency exchange and cross-border payment services.
Lathish Vichitran, General Manager of LuLu Exchange Oman, said the company’s progress over the years has been supported by innovation and attention to customer needs. He referred to the expansion of the branch network across Oman and the increased use of digital services through the LuLu Money App, which allows customers to carry out money transfers securely. He thanked customers for their continued support and acknowledged the efforts of employees.
Mohammed Al Kiyumi, Head of HR at LuLu Exchange Oman, highlighted the contribution of employees to the organisation’s growth. He said staff commitment and professionalism have played an important role in delivering services and maintaining customer confidence over the years.
LuLu Exchange said that it will continue its operations across Oman with a focus on serving customers and supporting the wider community.
