KUWAIT: A delegation from Oman’s State Financial and Administrative Audit Authority is in Kuwait this week to review the country’s anti-corruption efforts and examine the work of the Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha).

The visit, held on Sunday, is part of a broader initiative to understand regional approaches to integrity and transparency. According to a statement from Nazaha, the Omani delegation is studying Kuwait’s legal and institutional framework for combating corruption.

During the visit, Nazaha officials outlined the authority’s responsibilities, including coordination with other government bodies and the enforcement of financial disclosure regulations. The delegation was also briefed on operational mechanisms, regulatory tools and the broader strategy Kuwait employs to promote integrity in public service.

The visit reflects ongoing regional cooperation aimed at strengthening anti-corruption systems through the exchange of expertise and practices.
