His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Egyptian President Abdulfattah Al-Sisi chaired official rounds of bilateral talks on Tuesday, reinforcing cooperation between Kuwait and Egypt across multiple sectors.

The high-level meeting was attended by His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah and senior officials from both nations.





According to a statement by Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, discussions focused on strengthening strategic ties between the two countries, expanding collaboration in diverse areas and addressing issues of common interest.

The two sides reviewed developments across the Arab region, reaffirming the importance of unity and joint Arab action. Special emphasis was placed on the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, with both leaders stressing the urgent need for a ceasefire and the facilitation of humanitarian aid.

The talks also reaffirmed the shared commitment to supporting the establishment of an independent Palestinian state and aiding reconstruction efforts in Gaza.

The meeting concluded in a positive and constructive atmosphere, reflecting the depth of Kuwaiti-Egyptian relations.
