Crescent moon spotted; Saudi, Qatar, UAE celebrates Eid ul Fitr today

Riyadh: Following the sighting of the crescent Moon, which marks the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Qatar will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr today.
To celebrate Islamic Eid, UAE residents will have a four-day holiday. On Monday, April 24, both the governmental and private sectors as well as schools will reopen.
The Eid Al Fitr vacation will start on Friday, April 21, according to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
