American pizza fan breaks the Guinness record for biggest pizza-related collection
text_fieldsAn American woman named Telina Cuppari has taken her love for pizza to the level of collecting 669 pizza-related items. She has broken the Guinness World Record for the same.
Previously, this record was held by a Philadelphia resident named Brian Dwyer. He had 561 pieces in 2011.
After achieving the feat, New Jersey resident Cuppari shared a video showing off the pizza-related items she owns. She was seen wearing a pizza print patterned dress with matching accessories.
In the video, she displays everything she owns and counts them. Some of the items she possesses are pizza boxes, notebooks, pizza stickers, posters, t-shirts, and socks among other items.
She begins by counting the items she is wearing including her dress, necklace, hair bow, brooch, and earrings. Then she moves on to stickers in a notebook which goes on for a while. The next big part of her collection is pizza boxes which are neatly tucked away in her room.
She confirmed to have heard from the Guinness World Record that she officially received the record-breaking title on Wednesday. Cuppari is known as the Pizza Girl among her friends. She started her collection in 2012 and her first item was the red pizza dress.
Among the possessions, her favourite is a date night-themed box.
Her love for pizza has been consistent in her life. When she was pregnant, she did a pizza-themed maternity shoot. The hospital room was filled with pizza decorations during delivery. In the future, she hopes to open a pizza museum in her garage.
Last year, Telina hosted the town's first-ever Pizza Palooza - an event featuring pizza-themed games for children and adults.
