Supertech illegally added 2 more floors to 15 Emerald Court towers

Noida: Supertech, the builder of the recently razed Twin Towers, not only redesigned the towers but also illegally added two extra floors to each of the 15 towers constructed in the Emerald Court, IANS reported citing the residents' welfare association (RWA) president's statement.
RWA president UBS Tewatia said that Supertech applied for extra floor area ratio (FAR) again after the map was approved by the Noida Authority. After the addition of two extra floors, 120 additional flats were built in the society, Tewatia said.
Further, he added that no one objected to this because everyone got flats and is living in them, with everything being done legally on paper.
"The fight for the twin towers has been completed, now the people living in the society have no objection to any builder's case, nor have any complaints about the extra FAR of two floors that happened a long time ago," he said
