In a 5-page long order, Chief Secretary Sitaram Kunte said that strict observance of Covid appropriate behaviour shall remain mandatory.

Access to public transport, malls, shops, establishments, ticketed or non-tickets events, programmes, shows, public gatherings, shall be allowed only for the fully vaccinated.
