Court extends Aryan Khans judicial custody till October 30

As Aryan Khan awaits his bail plea to come up before the Bombay High court on October 26, a special NDPS court on Thursday extended the judicial custody of Aryan Khan till October 30. Aryan's judicial custody was all set to expire on Thursday.

The court also extended the judicial ciustody of the other seven accused including Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Singh Chadna, Mohak Jaswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhoker arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3rd after the October 2nd raid on a cruise shi[p in Mumbai . The NCB also arrested 12 others in subsequent investigations.

The Bombay High Court had posted the hearing of Aryan's bail plea to October 26th after the Special NDPS court decline him bail on Wedesday. Though Khan's lawyer Satish Maneshinde sought an urgent hearing on Friday or Monday, Justice NW Sambre decided to take up the matter on Tuesday.

Aryan Khan, Merchant, Dhamecha and five others were detained and arrested on October 3rd. Since then, they have remained in custody.
