Netflix's biographical drama based on the life of Indian fashion designer Masaba Masaba is returning to screen after almost two years. The trailer of season two has left the audience impressed and in a dopamine-hit mood.

In season two of the show, Masaba and Neena Gupta are seen struggling to balance their career and personal relationships. The mother-daughter duo as usual seems to be at ease in the fictionalised version of their lives.

The trailer shows Masaba trying to rebrand her fashion label 'House of Masaba' as 'House of Shaadi'. She also declares that after being in the industry for 10 years, she wants to be king. Dhairya, played by Neil Bhoopalam, returns in what seems like an important role. He is Masaba's investor turned love interest.

However, fans are likely to have mixed feelings about Masaba falling for a client whose wedding attire she is designing. Fateh, the client, is played by Armaan Khera. Web series star Barkha Singh also made an appearance in the trailer as Fateh's fiance.

Masaba is heard wondering in the short video whether she can have a stable love life and a thriving career.

Neena Gupta also does not disappoint in the trailer. She is navigating uncharted territory in her career and has decided to reboot Fusrat. The lead actor in the show, played by Ram Kapoor, and Gupta's character seem to have a history.

The mother is also heard wondering about Masaba's change of heart about dating and not dating. She wonders about the lack of balance in her daughter's life. Popular comedian Kusha Kapila was also seen in the trailer saying there is a boss babe behind Masaba's sweet, wholesome, and relatable persona.

Heart vs hustle has been established as the theme of Masaba Masaba season 2.

The show will start streaming on Netflix on July 29.
