London: India’s former Solicitor General Harish Salve married for the third time in London on Sunday.
In a private ceremony, participated by close friends, the 68-year-old Salve exchanged vows with bride Trina.
Harish Salve is one of India’s leading lawyers who worked on several high profile cases that attracted huge media attention.
The most notables include ‘the trial of Kulbhushan Jadhav who was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of spying’, according to NDTV.
He was the Solicitor General of India from November 1999 to November 2002.
Salve’s clientele includes leading conglomerates such as The Tata Group and Reliance.
The wedding was marked by the presence of Industrialist Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani.
Other top industrialists and businessmen to attend the reception are Sunil Mittal, LN Mittal, SP Lohia, and Gopi Hinduja.
Meanwhile, former IPL chairman Lalit Modi who fled India following a financial scandal, was seen photographed with girlfriend Ujjwala Raut at the wedding.
This is Salve’s third marriage after he divorced first wife Meenakshi in 2020 marrying Caroline Brossard.
