New Delhi: Police in Uttar Pradesh arrested one suspect, and are on the lookout for four others who allegedly gang-raped a girl while she was in intensive care at a private hospital in Bareilly district.
The girl told her grandmother that a hospital attendant and four others assaulted her on Saturday night when she was alone in the ICU.
The girl was undergoing treatment for snake bite and had been in the ICU for the last five days.
On Saturday night when she was alone in the ICU an attendant tried to forcefully give an injection. When she fought him, others gagged her before tying up her hands.
The CCTV footage of the ICU has been seized by the police.
