JNU row: Sitaram Yechury allegedly gets threat call

New Delhi: The Delhi office of the Communist Party of India - Marxist (CPI(M)) allegedly received calls late on Sunday night threatening general secretary Sitaram Yechury for his support in the protests at the Jawaharlal Nehru University.

According to IBN-Live report, the receptionist at the office received threat calls between 10.30 p.m and 1 a.m. 

The caller addressed himself as a Aam Aadmi Balveer Sena member. A complaint at Mandir Marg police station has been given and police has put the call on surveillance.
